I was given my first camera at around six. I’d print my photos, turn them into cards, and sell them door-to-door. I got super lucky with some early mentors, so photography stayed with me as I grew. By 2012 I started my photography business, and in 2020 I announced weddings as my specialty. I love everything about this work—the drama of the wedding day, the rhythm of the seasons, and the quiet of editing. My work continues to excite me, and I’m honored to create images that families will treasure for generations. Sometimes I still can't believe that this is my job. Somebody pinch me.
